Cincinnati based developer Robert C. Rhein is a multi-state residential developer whose companies have operating divisions in Cincinnati, Ohio; Charlotte, Raleigh-Durham and Greensboro, North Carolina. During his 25 years of real estate development experience, his companies have developed scores of successful communities and currently have under way more than 40 communities in Ohio and North Carolina.

Robert C. Rhein Interests, Inc. has been active in the Charlotte market for over fifteen years and is one of the areas' largest residential land developers. Rhein has been and remains active in state and national industry associations. In addition to serving on various committees and study groups, he is past president of the Cincinnati Home Builders Association, has served numerous years as Director of the National Association of Home Builders and the Ohio Home Builders Association, as well as on the executive committee of the Cincinnati association. He is currently a Life Director of the Cincinnati Association and President of it's Charitable Foundation.

The private NorthStone Country Club golf course and club facilities at NorthStone were developed by Mr. Rhein. NorthStone Club marks the third golf course environment created by Mr. Rhein - utilizing the talents of P.B. Dye as golf course architect.

NorthStone Country Club is by far the best selling private golf club community in greater Charlotte. Mr. Rhein attributes this success, in part, to his many years of experience, but more so to a great team of employees and group of Preferred Builders who, together, have created in NorthStone Country Club the standards by which all other communities will be measured.
